HOLIDAY PLANNER
The Holiday planner facilitates the recording and administration of employees scheduled leave i.e. Holidays, study leave, maternity leave etc.
To access this utility go to Employees > Holiday/Leave Planner
Ø Enter Holidays/Leave
Ø Select Employee
Ø Select Type of leave i.e. Holidays, Study leave, Training Course etc.
Ø Enter Dates to & from
Ø Select Full Day/Morning/Afternoon
Ø Click Update
TO VIEW LEAVE BOOKED BY EMPLOYEE:
Ø Select Holiday/Leave Planner
Ø Click View/Amend holidays/leave
Ø Tick Ignore blanks
Ø Tick Exclude weekends if applicable
Ø Tick Exclude public holidays if applicable
TO AMEND LEAVE BOOKED BY EMPLOYEE
Ø Select Holiday/Leave Planner
Ø Click View/Amend holidays/leave
Ø Tick Ignore blanks
Ø Tick Exclude weekends if applicable
Ø Tick Exclude public holidays if applicable
Ø Double click on entry that needs to be amended
Ø Change entry accordingly
Ø Click 'OK' to save changes
