Other Reports

HOURS WORKED/OVERTIME

 
The hours worked/overtime report is a periodical analysis of total hours, including overtime for all employees paid by the hour. The report can be run for any one week/month OR for a range of weeks/months.

 

To access this report go to  Reports > Other Reports> Hours Worked/Overtime

Ø   Select the weeks or months you wish to view

Ø   If the report is for one week/month - set from week/month & to week/month as same week/month number

Ø   Click OK

Ø   Click Yes if you would like report sorted alphabetically

Ø   Click No if you would NOT like report sorted alphabetically

If you wish to print a summary report only - Tick Summary Only

All reports can be copied to a worksheet e.g. excel.  Run the report as instructed above then:-

 

Ø   Click Copy

Ø   The report has been copied to clipboard and is ready to be pasted to your chosen worksheet

Ø   Open worksheet e.g. excel

Ø   Click Edit

Ø   Click Paste OR CTRL V

All reports can be copied to HTML format. Run the report as instructed above then:-

 

Ø   Click HTML

Ø   The HTML file will be copied to the default drive & directory - C:/ThesaurusPayroll2014/....

HOLIDAY PAY

 
The holiday pay report is a periodical analysis of holiday payments made to all employees. The report can be run for any one week/month OR for a range of weeks/months.

 

To access this report go to Reports > Other Reports> Holiday Pay

Ø   Select the weeks or months you wish to view

Ø   If the report is for one week/month - set from week/month & to week/month as same week/month number

Ø   Click OK

Ø   Click Yes if you would like report sorted alphabetically

Ø   Click No if you would NOT like report sorted alphabetically

Ø   If you wish to print a summary report only - Tick Print Summary Only

The illness benefit report is a periodical analysis of illness benefit payments made to all employees. The report can be run for any one week/month OR for a range of weeks/months.

 

To access this report go to Reports > Other Reports > Illness Benefit>

Ø   Select the weeks or months you wish to view

Ø   If the report is for one week/month - set from week/month & to week/month as same week/month number

Ø   Click OK

Ø   Click Yes if you would like report sorted alphabetically

Ø   Click No if you would NOT like report sorted alphabetically

Ø   If you wish to print a summary report only - Tick Print Summary Only
