Error 1008 is an error returned by Revenue stating that they cannot match your Agent TAIN to the employer you are submitting for.
When a new employer is added to your agent cert you may need to download the cert from ROS again and upload it into the software.
Please note: it can take up to 24 hours before a new employer gets added to your cert regardless of whether you can see them on ROS or not.
