To access this utility go to Employees > Holiday/Leave Planner

Enter Holidays/Leave
Select Employee
Select Type of leave e.g. Holidays, Study leave, Training Course etc.
Enter Dates to & from
Select Full Day/Morning/Afternoon
Click 'Update'

To View Leave Booked by an Employee

Select Holiday/Leave Planner
Click View/Amend holidays/leave
Tick Ignore blanks
Tick Exclude weekends if applicable
Tick Exclude public holidays if applicable

To Amend Leave Booked by an Employee

Select Holiday/Leave Planner
Click View/Amend holidays/leave
Tick Ignore blanks
Tick Exclude weekends if applicable
Tick Exclude public holidays if applicable
Double click on the entry that needs to be amended
Change entry accordingly
Click 'Ok' to save changes
