How do I import my data from Thesaurus Payroll 2024 into Thesaurus Payroll 2025 for the new tax year?

How do I import my data from Thesaurus Payroll 2024 into Thesaurus Payroll 2025 for the new tax year??

Firstly, check the location of where your 2024 employer data file is saved to – you can do this logging into your Thesaurus Payroll 2024 , go to Help along the top > click on About Thesaurus Payroll > take note of the file path for ‘Program Location’

Next, go into Thesaurus Payroll 2025 > go to File > select Import Files from 2024?

Browse to the location of your 2024 employer data file and select company file name in the middle column > click on the arrows to move to third column to import.
