IT IS ADVISABLE TO TAKE A BACK UP OF YOUR COMPANY FILES ON A REGULAR BASIS, TO AN EXTERNAL DRIVE.
THE BACK UP IS A PRECAUTIONARY MEASURE IN CASE ANY DAMAGE OCCURS TO YOUR COMPUTER OR TO RESTORE THE COMPANY TO A PREVIOUS POSITION PRIOR TO THE ENTRY OF SUBSEQUENT TRANSACTIONS.
FILE > BACKUP COMPANY
Select your preferred destination - The file name of your backup is automatically assigned, i.e. your company name.zip.
Click Backup to perform the backup procedure
Successful Backup - a confirmation message will appear to confirm the backup was successful
PLEASE NOTE: SHOULD YOU RECEIVE ANY ERROR MESSAGE DURING THE BACK UP PROCEDURE, THEN THE BACKUP HAS NOT BEEN SUCCESSFUL AND THE ABOVE STEPS SHOULD BE REPEATED AGAIN.

Going forward, you will need a Bright ID to purchase Payroll Manager.
If you are a Thesaurus Connect user, you already have a Bright ID – just use the same email address and password that you use for Connect.
