Enter the desired report date that you require the customer balances processed to.
All transactions up to and including this date will be included in the report.
The contact name entered at "Add/Amend Customer" screen will display on the report and is useful for any follow up required such as Credit Control, Customer query follow ups etc.
The telephone number as at "Add/Amend Customer" screen will display on the report and is useful for any follow up required such as Credit Control, Customer query follow ups etc.
To view the history of transactions making up each individual Customer balance simply double click on the Customer name to view the transactions up to the balance date for that Customer.
